NORTH CAROLINA SUMMER PROGRAM FOR KIDS

We are happy to announce  that we will once again be offering the North Carolina Summer Program for Kids (NCSPK) in 2017.  The camp will run Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, beginning June 19th and ending July 28th, with a break in activities during the July 4th holiday week.  Enrollment is limited to 24 children with ADHD between 7 and 13 years of age.

The NCSPK is a unique summer day treatment program that brings together the expertise of the ADHD Clinic at UNCG and its partner, Noble Academy. In addition to daily behavioral and educational programming, children have opportunities for sports, arts and crafts, swimming, and weekly field trips.

By all accounts each year of NCSPK has been very successful. Examples of the kinds of feedback we received from parents include:

“I have been looking for something like this for years! We look forward to next summer.”
“The NC Summer Program was the perfect answer for my child’.”

Feedback from our campers was also very positive:

“I liked making friends.”
“I learned how to be respectful and to control my behavior.”

We are very excited to be offering another fun-filled NCSPK this summer!
